herbicides, broadleaf on new grass

New grass left over from a seed pre-soak test was sprayed with 4 different post emergent broadleaf herbicides. Seed was planted inside on March 17, 2012. It was treated April 4 when about 20 days old, at about 2 inches tall. Grass was moved outside when weather was warm. Photo on April 14.

I saw some browning or necrosis in bands across the leaf blade or at the tip in a few of the affected grass blades. I suppose this was the sensitive area of most rapid growth. If you look closely you may see some grass blades have bent over or collapsed due to browning of the sensitive area.
