I entered the address of 2 homes I have lived in along the east coast and it could not quote due to the not having the necessary info available, but could do it manually according to the message that popped up

Is the system down or something?

I am also curious about 99 to 14 dollar jump. This system loses product credibility unless their is a good reason.

I used the system. I think the system gets its info from Zillow and then has it set up to subtract a certain amount of sq ft based on house size. Seems like they came up with an average based off of a nationwide study or something to figure out the turf size. Hope that made sense. That is proably why it is only up to 1 acre.
