I have a 36'' Toro fixed deck, belt drive that I am considering unloading. I can have pics up this weekend, if you are interested. My asking price is slightly lower than what you have indicated. I am in PA.

I have an older exmark 32" if you might be interested its a fixed deck belt drive. I have a bagger for it also, and im less than what you were looking to spend. Im in Delaware.

I have a 36" Ferris hydrocut. Very low hours, mulching kit, brand new blades. I'm near Wantage NJ. I think thats far for you though.
