My guess is that the comm prop owner/manager is cheap as hell & they'll probably get what they deserve.

Just to keep everyone up to speed, this project is still a work in progress gettign worse by the day.

1. I talked with the stone yard who he got an estimate for and the stone yard told him he needed larger stones and this wasn't the right product......so he went and got it from somewhere else.

2. When the client asked if the stone yard had anyone who could install it his response was any reputable company capable of handling this would be booked up at least a month out. Client needed it done right away.....

I guess you really do get what you pay for!

Boy, that kind of sagging and bending usually takes a few years to show while the improper base is failing. Guess he decided to get a jump start for the project re-do.
