Wish I was stopped more towards the end, super wavy on the far side of the picture but yeah... it's a good example of a bad one.

There is a huge wall ( my guess is like 25' tall) that was built last summer with blocks that are 1000lb each. They are like 4' wide x 2' tall. It is a total mess already. You could see the problems with wavy and bowing as they were building it.

Very prominent location. I would hate to have my name on it.

The only problem with getting a picture is that it is on a major highway with nowhere to stop. I'll make the wife drive me by real slow and I'll snap some pics and get them up here.
