WTB/Need Advise: Isuzu NPR w/ Landscape Body/Dove tail

Want to buy/Need advice on an Isuzu NPR with a Landscape body. Located in Tampa so would need to be within a reasonable distance. I have never owned one but think this would be the best choice for me and what my business requires.

Leaning towards a gas, but will consider diesel if you can make a good case for a diesel over gas. After reading through the threads on the site I believe the diesel only gets approximately 3 MPG better, which does add up but don't know if its worth headaches when it breaks, higher maintenance costs and 40 cents a gallon more) Believe its 10-12 for gas 13-15 for diesel. Correct me if I am wrong.

Would like the landscape bed to be 16ft +Dovetail. (I will consider enclosed beds but am leaning towards an open because of MPG)

Crew cab would be nice but probably not in the price range.

Now for price.. I would like to buy a truck in the 6-9K range. I have cash so we can make a deal quick.

That is one thing I have noticed about the diesels. They can definitely go the distance. What kind of MPG are you getting?
