It is a just over 5 acres. Takes between 80 and 100 man hours per month but includes alot of detail stuff and pest controll, which we sub out. The property was landscaped from scratch about two years ago for around 2 million. We took over after that was done.

We have been in business for eight years.

That's what I figured about the property. What year did your company make big strides? I'm hoping to have a breakout year this year(I'm in year 4).
