I usually run aftermarket blades. This time I went to John Deere dealer to purchase new blades for my Z950. I noticed the blades are about 1/4 inch wider than the aftermarket blades. Not thicker or longer but wider. I put the blades side to side and noticed much more steel with the JD blades. Will this make any difference in cut or last longer? Thanks guys
