1. I feel I need to charge something. I'm going to take 4-5 hours of my day, I'll have some of my staff there to entertain questions as well and will try and have most of the equipment on site. I'm going to put this at $350 a company. Trust me you'll get your money's worth. Up to two per company can come

2. I will dive into more things more than I do on this site. You can ask any questions, if I can't share due to confidentiality I'll tell you but I'll help where I can.

3. We can start about 9 am, we will go locally somewhere for lunch, and end around 2:30.

4. You hold your slot based on checks received. I'll take 7 companies and reserve the right to decline if your within our serviceable area.

5. Once I have the 7, we can discuss some topics via email or you can send me questions. I'll get my email address to you.

6. If you have any questions pm me here. I don't want to clog up this thread.

7. Date! Tuesday February 18.

Come on Jarod, ive been busting your ego for years but this just takes it to a whole new level. Remember when i asked you why you wore a button up shirt for the company photo and the guys all wore pull-overs? i was implying your inflated head was to darn big to fit through a pull-over shirt. Button downs from here on out.

I'm ok with it - GROW is only free for the consumer... Interesting to see if any on here will follow through now that there's a cost.

I have two commitments already and several others very interested. I'm gong to hold this at 7. It'll be a good number.

One of the things I want to spend some time discussing on the 18th is a frequent question I often hear. It starts with "well at what point in the business did you hire "x" or do "y" or "purchase z". I call them shift points in every business. Knowing when the time is right to move to the next level and implement a key point. These are the kind of things that I wish I knew 10 years ago, it would have helped a lot.
