I hope I didn't discourage you too much. I would hate for you to get a Ticking time bomb that will become a money pit. Do what you feel you want.

394 hours....I call BS on that one. You'd have to be mowing swamp land to get a mower to look like that with those hours.

I never posted pics of my commercial account, each week I have to weed whack that entire area with stones AKA Labyrinth. The pics of the labyrinth were before finishing trimming job so I know about the stragglers of grass lol.

Pics:
1. Labyrinth
2. Labyrinth
3. Labyrinth
4. Area I want to talk about mulch, right now its only dirt so weed grow insanely
5. Grass instore front nothing special
6. Little area that needs pruning by flowers because weed whacking will kill em
7. My mobile mowing rig 8 month till I can drive!

OMG...that labyrinth looks like such a pain to mow...one false move and you're replacing blades/spindles. Your work is looking good, but really, that's just insane! Pretty sure that I would just pass on that account. Really??? LOL

But the account I charged her by the hour 3 hours later and 120 in my pocket im all good, I actually cant mow the labyrinth at all because in almost all areas it is less than 21" so it was all weedwhacked and blown and hand bagged up, but it definitly pays good enough. I treat that account like my advertisement, the store owner has 50+ of my business cards inside and when people compliment her on her property she gives them a card

What do you think on the area that I am talking to her about mulching, my plan is to say that if we do mulch the area you will eventually be saving money because weeding it out each weed takes 1 hours or $40 thats 240 extra a month that you could save in the long run. I am planning on wording that differently and seeing what she thinks

I don't know about mulching that area...that's gonna eat a fair amount of mulch but at least it will look like something other than an overgrown area. Kinda looks like the whole things need to be weekwacked at this point. You could certainly suggest it if you think that's the way to go.

I wish i took some better pics of it, she has a whole bunch of wild flowers that she couldnt get rid of to me the are just fancy weeds but she is crazy for them.

What can you tell me about a pb 413h blower? A guy 10 mins from me is selling one at a really nice price, he 70 and has no use for it any more. I dont know if it is exactly commercial but this for my budget and need for a blower that doesnt make my arm feel off haha. All I know is that the 413h is the echo 403's successor
