Mower uses coolant. It sips it but it has been an issue on every motor I have. The throttle cable melts because it is routed in front of the muffler. The hydro has something screwy with the left stick. It sticks and does not engage.

i would absolutely use giant oak. they are good people. but i would go with a KAWI engine over a kohler. ive had nothing but problems with kohler. im in the process of going all kawi. i will never buy a kohler product again. ill spend an extra 3,000 for a kawi just to avoid the problems.
