How much do you pay your lawn mowing team member that's not a foreman?

I start them out at $8 - 10 depending on experience!!

Start at $8.10 and if they last 2 weeks that goes up to $9. The only way to get more than $9 is stick around over a year, and eventually be a foreman making $16+

I also raise pay based on weather I see consistent leadership skills and pride in the work. Those things also factor into bonuses at the end of the year.

@ 8-10 and I fill like I'm getting ripped off most of the time... The people I'm getting in this area don't even know what an edger is for, and that's with some experience... Where are you guys finding people with experience???
I have all the equipment you wish you had!!!

start at 10 and can quickly be moved up to 12 after being fully trained and prove themselves as hard workers, past evaluation periods.
