In other words, theres no need to watch me cut every blade of grass. I hate people who THINK i can't see them peeking through the shades to watch me cut.

I love that for your first home landscaping project you decided to go with random football size to basketball sized rocks strewn about your beds.

Pretty sure i saw something similar at the home and garden expo

•It's grass not brain surgery, no one is going to die cause the grass isn't cut
•No I don't like phone calls on a Saturday night about your garden
•Picking up dog crap is not on our schedule
•If you are going to be consistently late for meetings, don't be surprised if I don't turn up at appointed time
• You asked for a reduction in costs, we are not going to provide the same service but for less money.
•Yes we can cut wet grass, we can't do every ones garden on the one dry day during the week
• I do take a holiday and no I can't be reached by email, text, facebook, phone.......
• Yes I know what I am doing and no I don't want to hire your 16 year old son for the summer
• I do care what your garden looks like, even if you don't
• We are professional trades people not peasants and serfs

Really love those solar lights stuck in the turf. They go great with those random plants that you bought on a whim at Home Depot and stuck at random places in the turf. Beautiful!

#1. Yes I give you a HUGE discount because your the "Biggest" Realtor in the area and all the houses you sell need sprinkler work. Lawnsite needs sarcastic font.(Whatever I normally charge x4)

#2. Yes I will do extra work for free if you promise to refer me to all of your friends in the neighbor hood!!!

#3. Yup, I agree the shovel mark on your broken pipe has nothing to do with this hole you dug or the shovel leaning on the other side of the house.

#4. Yes the Hunter Pro-C is a crazy clock, after two years it will set random times to run and set start times for Prog A 1,2,3,4 Prog B 1,2,3,4 and Prog C 1,2,3,4 all by itself, and of course I will pay for the water bill, right after I answer all your "non related" questions on how to change run times.

#5. Definitely, the sprinklers should keep your grass looking like Augusta National during 1 day a week water restrictions and 105 degree heat for weeks on end, and in the middle of a historic drought.

#6. Yes, I would love to hear how you think I could be running my company so much better. The years you spent sitting in a cubical cashing your paychecks at the end of the week definitely qualifies you to give me advice on how to run my company.

#7...whelp Ill finish later just got a call.

The real reason I dropped you is that every time I come to mow your wife turns on the irrigation system. I guess she thinks it is funny to get me all soaked and try to crack the block on my mower.

Are you licensed? What do you charge for that? Bed work is extra. I cannot afford to work for free.
