WTB 48 Deere or Scag Hydro WB

I am in Chattanooga, TN and interested in buying a 48" Deere or Scag hydro walk behind mower. Anyone close have one to sell? I will consider belt driven, but the price has to be right.

I will have one this weekend from a freinds LCO thats retiring, its a deere 48 belt, if I get it than I will be able to make a deal for you that would be impossible to turn down, because I have no room on the fleet for it. I also drive through that way at LEAST once a month to go to pigeon forge

I found the ad but cannot find anything online about an XD45. Anyone know anything about a XD45 deere model? I even checked deeredotcom and searched with no results found.
