You have all been very helpful on this topic. What do you think about this...?
Do any of you make a customer pay for cuts in advance if they turn out to be late payers. For instance, you stop cutting becouse they haven't paid, the customer calls wanting to pay the ballance to get you back out there. What do you think about making the cust. pay for some cuts up front becouse they are a constint risk |

I suspend service to slow payers-as noted in their contract
Prepayment or credit card is required from all habitually slow payers.

Not trying to brag, but with me, it's not a question of if they'll pay, but when they'll pay. Only been stiffed for $150 over 15 years.
