Anyone affected by the big fires?

Anyone over there caught up in the big bush fires there?
Must be pretty bad when they have to call in the Army to help. Australia and New Zealand even sent over about a 100
or so fire fighters to help. Our fire season will be upon
us soon. Take care out there.

I heard about the firefighters from Australia on the radio the other day. I'm not too far from some of the fires. They are not affecting me thankfully. It is bone dry here. Can't remember the last time it rained.

COME TO JERSEY....WE'VE GOT PLENTY OF RAIN, SO MUCH IN FACT THAT I CAN'T REMEMBER WHAT THE SUN LOOKS LIKE...I'M A FIREFIGHTER AND WAS ASKED TO GO OUT WEST TO HELP WITH THE FOREST FIRES BUT THEN WHO WOULD I GET TO RUN BY BUSINESS....OH WELL..MAYBE THE AUSTRALIANS WILL NEED HELP WHEN OUR CUTTING SEASON IS OVER....
