Quote Form on your Website?

Hey guys, I am wondering what would be best for my situation:

I am marketing to 50,000 homes in a tested and targeted marketing campaign. I am quite confident we will have a large amount of traffic coming to our site and I was wondering what you think I should put in the quote form?

The service that is being marketed to them is a full maintenance outdoors service all year round on a weekly basis package Full of over 20 different services made to maintain the entire outdoors of the home such as full maintenance lawn care, pressure washing, car washing, litter pick up, etc. One service will be done each week.

I am going to get them to fill in their information and then we will call them. WHAT would be best for this situation to put in the quote form for a successful approach when we speak to them on the phone with pricing? I know every property is different and person is too so what do you suggest? Thanks!

JotForm

I use a program called JotForm. It is completely free and has no ads or branding. I used it for my estimate request form on my website which you can see at: www.kirkslawncare.com/estimate

I made my estimate form a template that you can edit and modify to your liking and that can be found here:

Best of luck!
