48" Ferris IS1500Z Very Low Hours

I have a 48" Ferris IS1500Z Mower for sale. It has a 21hp Kawasaki engine with 296 hours. It was used as a commercial mower for about 3 months when I first started out and now I just use it on my own personal lawn along with my neighbors that I mow. It has a factory striping kit installed on it and I have several sets of extra blades for it, some regular and some gator blades. This mower lays down a great cut and with the gator blades it turns leaves into powder. The pic of the mower show it without the discharge chute but I do have it. It has always had regular maintenance and has a new battery as of last month. I have this for sale on here and craigslist so it will go fast. I am asking the very cheap price of $4000 but I am willing to listen to offers. I am serious about selling this quickly.
