Howdy from IL

I have noticed the site before and looked at it a few times. Never signed up till now thoe. Ime looking forward to being here.

Ime only 17 and have just a small "fleet" of equitment but it works for me right now. I dont really run a busniess as much as I keep my grandmas yard of 32 acres and our house and a few in the neighborhood houses looking good. I hope one day to start a landscape company and become official.

The following is equitment I own and have payed for all alone. Most of the bigger stuff was bought used.

-older little wonder walk behind blower
-stihl ms290 farm boss 20 inch bar
-stihl 192tc
-stihl ms 460 25 inch bar
-stihl br600 magnum backpack blower
-echo weewacker
-echo handheld blower
-craftsman edger
-toro 22" recycler
-wheelhorse rider older
-older snapper push mower
-older snapper rear tine tiller
-toro 421 snowblower dual stage
-craftsman 21 inch snowblower single stage
-ford 1997 ford f150 4x4 v8 along with a 14" big tex landsacape trailer
and mainly a scagg saber tooth 61" 33 horse gasoline 3 cylnder

The following I use but do not personally own. In the winter(pas 2) I use a 2005 ford f250 with a western 8 foot plow along with a meyer tailgate spreader. I also use a Kubota Z3000 72" zero turn mower. Then there is a Kubota RTV as well.

At 17 it reads like you have a strong work ethic. This will be very important for your future. Do you plan on attending any additional schooling or are you a Senior in HS?

I do not have plans to go to collage immidiatly after highschool as ime currently a senior but on summber break. I will probably end up working a while enough to save up for collage and go for landscape managment or something along those lines. Hopefully after highschool I will have enough moeny to become a actual company thats licensed and insured along with that have maybe 2 guys working for me and do a few more lawns with better equitment and higher priceing as youle be getting a profesional company come out and not just a kid with a mower.

Congrats on the new business man. I'm 16 and looking to do the same thing... What were the steps to become an official business and get insured and all that? If you could let me know that'd be great
