I do custom cabinets, stairs and finish carpentry in general. I was working with a contractor for the last 5 years as a sub. Nearly cut out mowing and landscaping completely. Im a very good carpenter but I still like cutting grass better. LOL, The ROI is maybe the other way around but I used to watch the guys cut grass out the windows.

I was just telling someone the other day if I could have one good sized deck or cabinet job a week (or month depending on size) I would be very happy. Building is down big time around here and the low ballers run a muck as well.

Heres a few pics of the last deck I did.

I usually do work with a home remodeling company during the winter time. It's definitely relaxing to take on a job that has a slower pace, and less to worry about since that's my time to be a laborer instead of the owner!

I do woodworking as a hobby so I will sell a few benches to customers or flower pot containers or whatever fits. If I see something that needs to be re done or made I will do it as long as its in my ability. Ive replaces boards and a small portion of a railing on a deck for a client but not a whole deck.

but mainly I do the following

-mowing
-snow/ice removal
-fall an spring cleanup
-pressure washing
-roto tilling
-gutter cleaning
-basic irrigation repair
-mulch
-planting
-basic dirt work
-trenching
-stump grinding
-arrition
-dethatching
-mailbox instalition
-fence/deck repair
-fence/deck stain or seal
-basic tree trimming
-bush trimming or removal
-firewood

Basicly ile do whatever pays moeny
