My first truck....
Got my first truck this week...95 Dodge 1500. It has the 5.9 gas engine in it. We will be repainting the hood and putting new clear coat on the rest. Also putting in a new dash. This will be strictly a company vehicle. I was hoping to wait for something newer, but this came up for a good deal and insurance at my age is WAAAAAYYYY to high for anything newer. I will use it as an irrigation truck when I get a newer vehicle for maintenance/landscaping.
Will keep this thread updated as we get the painting done etc. Mike

Need to put new clips on some of the trim. We will obviously be painting the spots that have peeled or are rusting through. Don't think we are going to paint the whole thing though. Have a friend that has painted several vehicles and is extremely meticulous. Should come out good.

For right now I will be towing my 5x14 trailer. Hope to upgrade to a 7x16or18 landscape trailer before this fall.

What is the mileage on it? You should throw a set of tow mirrors on there.
