Highly reccommend Groundskeeper Pro Software available at www.adkad.com

The only downfall is that it doesn't interface with QuickBooks...

PS- If you do a search you should find a ton of opinions on this subject

MikeLTZ128- Interesting...i've never had a problem with Groundskeeper crashing once at all. Maybe it could possibly be a problem elsewhere in your system?

For six years, I was using my invoices.
Last season, I switched to quickbooks pro and QXpress, a program from alocet. It was one of the best decisions I ever made for my business.A real time saver. QXpress integrates with quickbooks and also has a module for the palm pilot. This is a great combo!!!! The automation of qxpress still amazes me.
It made the tasks of scheduling, invoicing a breeze. Also, as I have stated before, their support is second to none, alocet will go out of their way to help mend a problem. I give it a big thumbs up!!!!!!

I'm with Premo,

the service from Alocet for Q Express is second to none,I wish other suppliers that I deal with provided the service that Alocet has to me.

There is a lot out there to compare and choose from...

CLIP, Lawn Monkey, Quick Books, Groundskeeper, Peach Tree, and so on...

I have CLIP demos. If you want one, e-mail me and let me know.

I have played with Clip demo, just a little, and found it hard to understand and use. They now make QClip to work with Quickbooks, but I'm not sure it's worth it. Does Clip get any easier to work with?

Yes you can, the main screen of the program is a calendar. You schedule a job and the frequency that you want it done and with a couple clicks of the mouse, the whole seasons work for the customer is scheduled. Scheduling contract payments are done the same way.Scheduling one time jobs are a breeze now. At the end of day, you check jobs as done, cancelled, or postponed. At the end of month within a couple clicks of mouse, the jobs are invoiced and send them to quckbooks.Try the demo, you get 10 customers to play with to see how it works.
