What do you think an experienced RT is worth?

Just curious and a little bored.

What would you say someone with 3 years experience is worth? Obviously also can do everything else (ex: mow, trim, seed, etc). Perfect track record and perfect attendance.

Hey tillerkiller,

I have 3 guys at $11 an hour who have 2-5 years experience with me. I have a forman on salary for $25,000/year and he's been with me for 6 years straight. I would like to pay more, but here in Dayton Ohio there's not much to be said for the market or economy. I feel that I'm in the ballpark for what I'm paying in my area.
