Anyone using small zero-turns?

I was just wondering if anyone is using smaller zero-turns. I've been using a Snapper Pro S50x with a 36" deck for the last couple years and I love it. I maintain about 35 properties with the mower. Just curious if any guys are doing the same as me.

Are those box store mowers? How do they hold up? Can you grease anything or do they just call for replacement when things break.

I'm currently covering about the same amount of properties with a 42" Big Dog and I use an older ExMark 36" Phazer for a backup. Works for me...

Much more than I would like too this week. My 60 blew a pump and that left me with just my 44 lazer hp and while thats a cute little mower for gates and small sections when my 2nd guy has time it sucks to do my list with it as the main mower. I'm so disgusted with the way this week went I ordered 2 new mowers for around $30,000 for later this month. Luckily tomorrow I can finally take my partners 52 with me now that he's done for the week and finish my last 7 lawns.

For the yards I do it is ok. you can grease the front casters, spindles and pivot. I haven't had any issues yet but that why I am in the market for a commercial mower. I only have 18 clients but may have 4 more this week. Just got into business 4 weeks ago.

I started out with a 42inch Jazze pro. Worked ok for the first year but after that started having a lot of problems. Brought a full commercial mower and was thinking I would use the Jazzee for a back up but the business has grown so much, and my dealer will let me use demo's when my mower is down - going to sell the jazzee. I'm not even looking forward to loading it on the trailer to take it to sell as their is no comparison to the ride. If your thinking of growing spend the money and go commercial all the way,

im running a gravely zt 52hd. 24 hp Kawasaki. it has commercial components, such as the deck, pulleys, spindels, transmission, and engine. but homeowner everything else. I maintain 36 residentials with it, and its doing just fine. when it gets 1000 hours, im probably going to get a fully commercial gravely pro turn.

Exmark made a 36 phazer. I thought they only made the old 44 inch and downsized to a 34?
