what kind of rain sensor? wireless? wired?
do they need to get the plumbing inspected? who pulls the permit? what brand valve? model? if they install 12" sprays make sure they go in from the bottom. |

If it has not been installed yet
Often when irrigation trenches are installed the operator will trench beside trees and this will kill them. It may take 2-3 years for this damage to show up. Keep trenches at least 10' away from desirable trees and large shrubs. Good Luck!
