I stopped condos years ago. every year coming up for review,wondering if the guy with with $90.00 shoes*(Prop manager) wants you to drop prices,and do more. Stay with you're core, don't raise prices on mowing, labor, here and there.
If you want new trucks and trailers and mowers every year and 10 employees, there will be guys who will do it for less. It is what it is

If this is how they plan on bringing jobs to America, I can't wait to see what jobs my kids will have when they get older....

The highly technical/engineering aspects were done by American workers so education is still as important as ever. Especially if we start massively repairing our decrepit infrstructure.
