Is the 19.5 hp engine big enough on a 46" ZT
Is the 19.5 hp engine on the Husqvarna 46" Zerro turn big enough. I see they make the same 46" with a 21 hp and a 23 hp. Is the 19.50 big enough?
Thanks |

I can't speak for the husky, but I have a exmark lazer Z w/ 19hp Kawasaki and 46" deck. Does great. Fuel consumption is awesome.

I have seen neighbor with a 48" Scag Tiger Cub with a 19HP, doing just fine. I have a 54" Wildcat with a 26 hp and it will go a lot faster in heavy grass without loading the engine more heavily. Also the type of blades you can use may be more limited. With the power I have I can tell the difference with the blades with very high lift wings vs a standard type blade. I would think the 19.5 hp engine might be more sensitive in this area, just my thoughts.
