Power washing concrete and pavement oil and food stains.

I am looking at a powerwasher from powerwash.com the RK-47 hot water 5.6GPM at 3500 psi. I will be washing concrete and pavement with oil and food stains. Also will be keeping our work trucks and equipment clean. What do you think of this machine for durability and application? Please recommend a surface cleaner.
