Whats a decent rate to pay your help per lawn.

I am considering on taking a person with me on days I get backed up or on real busy days. What percentage is typical to pay per lawn?

An hourly rate is the norm...$8-$11 per hour depending on skill level.

More likely a little better rate,I don't think they want to be sitting around waiting for you to call them.
