Make Your Own Quoting Spreadsheet

This will be a simple two column Spreadsheet that can be added to your iPhone or Lap Top to make quoting easier. In column "A" we will create titles and in column "B" we'll use for our formulas.

To test to see if your formulas were type correctly,

Please Note the "Mow Time" was formulated at 80% efficiency


DIFFICULTY 1=Open Field no obstructions, 10=Steep Slopes/Hills or Ditches, Fenced in yard, with swing set, Dog house, Shed, Over Grow with weeds, high grass, etc.

interesting. You got this as an attachment? I can usually take a look and give a price. Might be interesting to actually measure some of my lawns and see how close I am to your numbers.

I think you need to change the lot info. You don't mow the entire lot. You need to take out the house, drive, beds, etc. Maybe you just need an entry for lawn square footage.

i also think your mow time is not correct. when I do the spreadsheet I get a mow time of somewhere around 30 min

I have a fancier version the takes into account house, because when quote I also quote PowerWashing so the house, deck, fence, driveway, sidewalks, sheds so mine in fancier, but this one is a quick and easy. If some just wanted to add the turf square footage they could enter it over the formula and the rest of it would work just fine.

hey, I put in everything exactly but some of my numbers are matching up with what each one is suppose to be going by your numbers?

The only issue I see is mowing time calculation. which then sues a few numbers down the line. I would typically use =(B6*B5/124)*43560/60 which is what exmark uses on their website.
