Beatrice Lawn Care Mowing Shop

Here are just a few pics of our mowing shop with the zero turns. It is just a 40x55 shop, which when I started with 1-36" Exmark walk behind was "HUGE". Well now we pry don't have 10% of our equipment in here. We just got 2 new 72" Exmark X-series units in this week too.

I guess I did get a few pics in our warehouse too. It is really nice to haul 3-72" Exmarks at once with Ultravacs on for a large job we have also on an old trailer we just got finished working on.

Looks nice. Thats a warehouse alright! You use that as well? Also with all those mowers - whats the meaning of using all different mowers for different companies? Are these new exmarks taking over the mowing fleet? I have 5 of those exmarks and you'll love em!

We have always used only Exmark, but Husqvarana was really working with us well before they left town (factory moved). The Husqvarna machines are excellent as well, but everything is going back to Exmark just for ease of parts.

We do have a 85,000 sq ft warehouse we have a good section of along with a limousine company I own. Thats where we keep all the plow trucks, chemical trucks, misc equipment, fertilizer, etc...It has been a blessing to have it as well right next door.

The limo deal was something we wanted to do for a while. I have only had it going for a year and a half, but has been going very well. Limo companies are super regulated around here, so it is nearly impossible to start one. It took almost 5 years to get authority to operate as a carrier......Long story but things are going well. We have 3 vehicles now.

Cool. So more or less side liine business or is the lawn care/landscape sideline at this point? Either way, nice set-up and enjoy the work!
