Exmark Aerator

It looks like this fall is going to be huge for aeration/overseed jobs, and I'm toying with the idea of picking up an Exmark riding aerator.

There's been talk about the receiver hitch on them, and the plan to add on attachments in the future - spreader, sprayer, dethatcher, etc. The possibility of turning this into a multi-use machine would do wonders for easing my reservations at shelling out 8-9k to buy one.

The question is - is this plan still in the books? If so, I hope to god they wouldn't have some minor redesign in the machine that would make the attachments only fit on Year "X" or later models. Lastly, any general timeframe for when these add-ons may hit the market?

Still hoping the 24" dual hydro walkbehind with a sulky comes to fruition sooner rather than later. Anyone heard an update on that lately? A bit cheaper at 5k-ish, and looks alot less fatiguing than the "runbehinds" we have now. Although for whatever reason, the "cores per square foot" are a bit lower on the 24 vs the 21 and rider.
