Two-Way Headset

Does anyone out there use any type of Two-Way headset (hearing protection) to communicate between employees? I have found some online that seem to have what i am looking for, but they are $700 and up. I don't want to have to plug in a separate Two-Way radio into the headset. Thanks guys!

Subscribed... I've tried two way radios but they can't be heard while running any type of equipment. Was thinking of getting earbud type earpieces for them but we use earplugs for hearing protection so that wouldn't work.

We have a few large properties with no line-of-sight that would be a huge time saver to have communication on the job.

How does can you hear if it transmits the mower sound? or does it block that out somehow?
