Any idea on the cost of liability insurance in Texas

i started up my business last march.

the more i read here and every time i hear a rock being thrown from my mower or trimmer i think INSURANCE !!!!

i need some to play it safe...

any idea on the cost in Texas?

Get some quotes from 2 or 3 insurance companies and find out. Some of the large insurance companies should have a local branch.
General liabilty is a must in this business. Also, get comprehensive inland marine insurance for all your small equipment. Show the receipts and pictures of your equipment and ask for full replacement coverage. I filed a claim for $25k in stolen mowing equipment last month. It wasnt the best policy so I would be lucky to get a depreciated value at 60-80%.

Insurance is only expensive if you dont have it.
