Stacked stone around drainage ditch
I am a homeowner and have learned tons of useful info off of this site in regards to all aspects of lawn care which is why I am posting this question here.
I have a typical concrete drainage pipe running under the entrance of my driveway and as of right now it it simply grass surrounding the area. There is quite a steep slope and mowing around it with the ztr is not an option. What I would like to do is install stacked stone from the bottom of the ditch up to parallel with my driveway therefore eliminating the need to mow around this area and also to dress up the entrance to my home. Is there any where you guys can point me to a brief tutorial as to how to go about this process? Thanks in advance |

Hi Alex, thanks for your response. I am not really thinking rip rap, but more of a stacked stone look.
Any suggestions on proper format of installation? Thanks |

Sure, but we need a little more information. Can u post a couple pictures with a discription of what you would like done. Try putting it on Paint first and drawing some basic guide lines for us to follow. Its hard to understand what you are asking for

Especially when you start mentioning "parallel" so we can see what that's referring too. ...
