ASV guys, I need Help!!

How do I get this pin back in? Do I need to take the track off? Do I need to lift it?

You need to take the entire track frame off and pop it back in the torsion axle, then weld the bugger back. How ever that happened, it must have been a great battle!

is that the torsion axle to track frame connection?? jeez, i thought i was rough on my 100... yep, gonna have to take the track frame off, i believe those have to sit pre-tensioned a bit when installed

Thanks guys. Keep the ideas coming. I don't beat on it. It was a case of perfect angle and pressure. Popped right out. I'm in the process now of gathering up all the required tools. I just bought a 10ton Lincoln air/hydraulic jack and a couple 7 ton Hein-Werner jack stands. This is a first for me and I'm actually looking forward to the task. While I'm in there I plan on freeing up the front axle zerk and repacking it and giving the whole side a good cleaning.

If its not something I can do I can tow it to someone who can. I'll give it a shot first and see how far I can go.
