You non-poly guys tend to forget our PVC is hardly poppin' fresh like it is in trenching territory. A single length of one-inch sch 40 is enough for more than a dozen systems worth of manifolds.

I'm with boots on this one...

I've never seen a manifold crack or break here in New England because the glue and primer is a little slopy .

Yeah, just today I was making a manifold a had to dig a piece of PVC from the bottom of the bed of the truck. It was quite dirty I had to wash it before I started glueing.

The big boss loves putting valves, clock, reducer, 2 runs of wire and 4 zone pipes in a tight area about 4 X 8. with barely any running room ..
