Tell me what you guys think about this

Coast to Coast lawn care takes care of foreclosed homes all over the US, they sent me there contract today and the price list goes like this, $20 first cut $15 every cut after that until the house sells you cut every other week. i am having a hard time with the pricing, has any of you guys used them?

There are companies that pay far more.

You'd be better off to send them the money on the price list and not do the job. If everyone would stand together and tell them no and price the job out fairly all of the BS pricing for cutting foreclosures would go away. And remember, gas is at $3.50 a gallon.

That's too cheap for any lawn...especially cheap for overgrown lawn full of trash, rocks and other hidden things.

You will likely wait a month or more to get paid too...

They typically find me.

Look up preservation companys and look for the Hud payment schedule.

Take good pictures, keep notes and records.

Call area Realtors until you find who handles Freddie Mac and or Fannie Mae homes. That's who you need to contact. Or go look on homes that are abandoned and have white notice papers in the window. Freddie Mac gives consent up to $75 per mow every ten days. They are very profitable but you may have to handle a larger area then you like.
