Bent transmission lever? - See pics

Piranha 48 walk behind belt drive. 15hp Kawasaki V-twin.

Issue: Transmission (lower lever) bent.
It won't stay in Neutral and I can't get to reverse at all.

I attached a picture of the lower lever that's attached to the transmission,
I had to get some feedback regarding it being bent as it is.

Also, what is that big bolt (that used to have a wired connection)
that i'm pointing to in the 2nd picture?

Shift lever on Piranha

Can you tell me how I could lubricate or grease the inside of the transmission (if there's a way without removing and dismantling it.

I didn't see alot of greasy residue on the transmission housing, that leads me to believe that its probably dry of lubrication.

The gearbox use bentonite grease..usually only half full..nasty sticky stuff..
(Its almost after 8 pm...isn't it...)...if you want to add without disassembly..
Remove the neutral switch and add it there...
