I use 300-500 pumps with 3/4" pipe for my bubblers and put a ball valve on them so the customer can play with the flow if they want. No need to drain as they will fill up with rain water anyway.

Little Giant WGP65 or something with similar flow. That's what we would install on that feature. With a valve in the line, of course. So we could valve it up or down a little, as desired.
