Payment Methods

Everybody knows the routine invoice and then wait in the mail for the check to finally come and by then the resident is already due for another invoice.

Does anyone use the idea of accepting credit cards for their services? I've tossed around the idea but I've noticed a lot of hidden fews throughout the process. If so what device or company do you use

I currently do the invoice method and wait which most of my clients really like and I do offer paypal as well. I send invoices via paypal but they take a fee unless its sent as a "gift" but thats faster than waiting for a check in the mail. I have maybe 5 that pay cash out.

My accounts pay each month in advance for services rendered. Spelled out in the contract. No drama, no excuses.
