Grass type identification needed

Just purchased a home in North Texas close to Fort Worth. Too many neighbors giving conflicting opinions on grass type. What do I have here?

Thanks,
Randy

The first 2 pictures look like St. Augustine, last 2 look like bahiagrass.

Thanks...I

tried to ID through a turf website and came up with Bahia for the second kind too. I have some thin areas I'm trying to fill and can't seem to find it in seed form anywhere. Is it just cause its late in the season?

Pensacola and Argentine are two varieties of bahiagrass that you should be able to find in stores down there and planting now should still be ok.

You will not find St. Augustine in seed form, does not produce viable seeds. You might be able to find St. Augustine sprigs or sod through from a nursery.
