Could you pull one wire apart from the others about an inch or two and check for voltage with an adjustable non contact voltage detector? If its this box, assuming its a standard box in the ground, why not pull the box and inspect the wires?

We will be removing the box to check for obvious damage.
We are dealing with 10 separate 14 ga. conductors (cables). My error. Any recommendations on voltage detectors? Our only time we have needed one, so inexpensive is a plus. John Last edited by jcom; 09-11-2012 at 07:46 AM. |
