Thanks for even opening this thread. Until this year our business was all residential, with around 40-50 mid to high end properties ranging from 1 to 20 acres. I have a few connections in a few towns in our tri state area (KY, OH and WV) This year more than ever I have been asked to bid on several commercial locations, I like this and was wanting to move more in this direction and have most if not all the equipment and man power needed to do these jobs. I was wondering when you submit a written bid, what kind of format do you put it in? Do any software companies sell this template? What does yours look like? Thanks in advance!

I am not willing to show what mine looks like; however I will tell you that feedback I have gotten, you can use in making one for yourself.

Its easy to read
Answers questions customer may have, (services/prices/terms)
Looks nice, ( I hear this a lot )
