Insecticides and fugnacides out of a permagreen?

Ive been really slack about doing this on my yards. Ive got to do better next year. After the 2nd round of pre em I do nothing till fall. Is there any liquid product I can spray out of a permagreen for this. I figure it may not be enough water volume. Does granular do as good as liquid in your experience. Thanks for the help.

Most fungicides and insecticides need high volumes of carrier. At least 1-2 gallons per k

Now I'd be interested in research on heritage fungicide at low volumes since it is a systemic and can be root or foliage absorbed.
