Between that and paypal its helped get some big jobs that customers could charge. It also let's them get their card perks.

Looked into them...seems like they have a bunch of bad reviews, customer service seems lacking. We went with intuit (quickbooks) for CC processing costs a couple of bucks more but thought it was worth the peace of mind.

Never had a problem even with a few large transactions. 24 hr or less turn around.

I love using Square. I first used Intuit GoPayment but that has a weekly limit which I did not like.

I've thought about it but worry about the fees. What are your terms for swipes and keyed entries?

Think swipe was 2.75% and 3ish% for keyed. Them think there was another charge of like .15-.30 per entry?

Do you set a minimum for card entries? Seems that a lot of per cut or under $100 entries would eat up profits. Or maybe you just offer card services and raise prices some?
