Forget proper lawn care!

LOL!!! Forget proper Lawn Care... Want a green lawn? I'll Paint it! That's right folks! I'll not only cut your grass... I'll cut it super low, and then paint it green! Forget about watering it! or Fertilizing it! or anything else! $200 plus a one time cut and you're good for 6-months!!! LOL!!!

It is Real! 1-qt covers 1,000-sq-ft. for $29.95 for the Dye/Paint. A Professional Container 5-Gallons, covers 20,000-sq-ft cost $395 so its not cheap!!! So their $200 minimum must be the 1-quart size. Not bad for food dye!

There's a fortune to be made in painting lawns green. Laugh all you want, there's plenty of people that would be willing to pay to have their lawn green when there's a drought.

We have car dealers here on the east side that spray the lawn in Jan/Feb if we have no snow to make them look lush green!

You're one of those people that thinks that things everywhere else are just like where you are. The contractor in the video is located in Texas. The grass that he mentions, St Augustine, Bermuda and Zoysia, all go dormant to the point of the chlorophyll being lost. As a result the grass turns tan or brownish when the temps fall to freezing. There is NADA, NOTHING, ZIP that you can do to keep this from happening. You can fertilize it until the cows come home and it's still going to go dormant. His company is offering a legitimate solution for those that want green grass all winter.

You'd be surprised at how many football stadium grounds keepers and top of the line golf courses use paint to keep that grass green year 'round.
