dandelion bloom

Have you noticed dandelions in my town have bloomed in the fall as if the summer dormancy was winter dormancy.
I have seen a few oxalis bloom, also.
Anything else?

Well, dead patches and areas in my customer's lawns seemed to 'bloom' this season due to the dang drought. Can't spray for those either

Not just weeds here, I've seen flowering trees blooming again a few weeks ago I assume because they were so stressed over the summer it was like winter to them, then we received some decent rains and everything popped again.
