Scag Brake Band?
I have a Scag WB It is an SW36A-15kh S/n 8940101. It is a 2004. I took off the wheels tonight to have new ones put on tomorrow. While I have the wheels off, I was going to replace the brake band. What is the easiest way to replace the bands? The top of the band is just held in buy a bolt. The bottom of the band is held in by a pin on the brake bracket but I can't figure out how to get it off. It is not an e-clip on it and I can't figure it out. The parts maual lloks like it is held on by a bolt but it is not any ideas?

I was wondering the same thing, my eXmark has the same brake bands on it. One side it held it with a pin and e-clip, the other side has a pin and a round clip that just looks like it pushed onto the pin. Not sure to best way to remove or put a new one on.
