Got rid of jap stiltgrass but now what is this??

After 2 applications of Barricade, most of the Japanese Stiltgrass is gone but now what is this weed that took it over. It is taking over the entire lawn. What to use? Thanks.

Its Centella I believe.
Three-way? Speedzone?
Too much water causing this issue.

These leaves appear to be more off rounded to be Dichondra. Dichondra has more smooth rounded edges.

Looks like dollarweed/pennywort. Seems to be a broad leaf weed.
